To address inefficiencies in the Commercial Real Estate space, we created a platform that simultaneously helps building owners, occupants and vendors thrive in challenging times.

Our Story

New York Team Builders was conceived in 2021 on the Upper West Side in Manhattan, New York.  Co-founders, Gregory Severinsen, an attorney, and Vito Laudicina, an entrepreneur and RE agent met and began talking about business and the commercial real estate (CRE) industry.

Both witnessed firsthand how COVID-19 devastated many businesses in 2020.  Especially impacted, were all involved in the CRE industry, including building owners, tenants, and service providers. They saw how resilient Manhattan was, but knew more could be done for the industry. They discussed specific problems and began creating solutions.

Earlier, in 2014, Greg transitioned his experience as an attorney to operations in Manhattan’s CRE space, overseeing day-to-day operations of several buildings in excess of one million square feet. Over those years, he analyzed hundreds of commercial leases, and it became apparent landlords were missing out on revenue, tenants were spending too much to operate their space, and all vendors could benefit from better efficiency within the industry.

Determined to solve the largest operational problems facing the CRE industry, they created New York Team Builders. 

Our solution helps owners and commercial tenants navigate the complex process of finding and hiring service providers to satisfy their operational needs. Additionally, we formed a team devoted to analyzing commercial leases and other contractual obligations. Everyone wins.
